IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT POTENTIAL LOG4J SECURITY THREAT

Last weekend, a blog about IT security reported a critical vulnerability Log4Shell in the widely used Java library Log4j.
 
Comprehensive investigation showed that InterForm software generally uses log-back, but it cannot be ruled out that log4j is being used in InterFormNG2 by external libraries.
 
To close the security gap, an adapted program version for InterFormNG2. The new version with log4j v2.15 is available to download.

Even though the risk for InterForm installations as rather low, we still recommend all operators of InterFormNG2 installations update to the new version InterFormNG2.
 
InterForm400 and InterFormNG installations are not affected by this security vulnerability.
